Matter SDK 1.3.2 fails to get trait/type information

I already created a Google ticket for it. But also mentioning it here. 
Google Matter SDK 1.3.2 cannot list out type/traits due to a flow related error. 

IllegalArgumentException: "Flow context cannot contain job in it. Had [SupervisorJobImpl{Active}@xxx, Dispatchers.Main]"
