Absolutely! With the Home APIs developers get access to both Cloud-to-cloud and Matter devices in the Google Home ecosystem, including the 1st party devices made by Google. The APIs provide the ability to commission and control Matter devices, as well as to set automations using these devices (Cloud-to-cloud and Matter).
In addition, most of the APIs directly map onto standard cluster definitions defined by the Matter cluster specifications!
