I am trying to connect Matter devices to the Google Platform in the following environment:
I have implemented the STM32WB5MMG-DK as a Matter device using the following: https://www.st.com/ja/embedded-software/x-cube-matter.html
When I attempted to commission the three devices, only one out of the three could connect. I have attached the logs from the commissioning failures.
It seems that the devices are unable to join the Thread Network, and after multiple attempts to connect, they time out and fail.
There are no other devices connected to the Nest Hub, and I am using only one account. I have also tried a factory reset, but it did not work.

Could you please help me identify the cause?

You must commission each Matter device individually using the Google Home app. Each device requires its own unique QR code for successful pairing. Matter utilizes a secure and unique commissioning process for each device. This ensures the integrity and security of your smart home network. Each device, like your STM32WB5MMG-DK, requires a distinct QR code or a similar identifier for the Google Home app to recognize and establish a secure connection.

Thanks for sharing. Are you using the same QR code for all 3 devices? Also, are you using 2nd gen Nest Hub?

Yes, we are using the same QR code for all 3 devices.
The CD is for testing, the VID is our vendor ID, and the PID is for testing.
We are using the 2nd generation Google Nest Hub.

Thank you for your confirmation. I am registering the device as a test device with Google Developer. In this case, will I still need to use a different QR code when using another evaluation board of the same type?

Thank you for your confirmation.
I changed the QR code to another one, but I cannot connect.
I do not see this on Apple's HomePod mini or another border router.
I have initialized the Google Nest Hub and reconfigured my account, but the phenomenon has not improved.
Are there any other possible causes?
