7 inch hub has started having trouble connecting to the internet.

My hub hast started having trouble connecting to the internet (glitch, no internet, etc).
There are no other devices in my home showing any indication there is anything wrong.
Logs on the router show no issues

I have unplugged it and powered it back on.
I have relocated the device.
I have factory reset it and set it up again.

This continues.  Any help other than "it's your internet" would be helpful.

Hi notlarry,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should and we appreciate the troubleshooting that you did. A few things: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes before the issue started? Are you using a dual band router? Could you check these recommended router settings and observe if it will make a difference?

  1. Enable: Universal Plug and Play (UPnP), multicast, Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP)
  2. Disable: AP / client isolation, virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, IGMP Proxy. VPNs and proxy servers should be disabled on your computer as well (if applicable).
  3. Change DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
  4. If IPv6 is enabled, try disabling it for the meantime

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Juni
