All of my Google Hubs are saying they are not set up in the app when they are

I have two google Hubs, a mini in the bedroom and normal in the living room. They worked fine until a few days ago when both of them stopped responding to any questions. They would only come back with "Sorry, there was a glitch, please try again".

I removed them both from my Google Home and reset them both. No issues in setting them up again in the app, and they both appeared fine in my devices.

However, now when asking them a question, they both have a long pause before saying "Sorry, your Google Hub is not set up, you can do this by downloading the Google Home app..."

1 - They are set up in the app. I have reset them both and re-added them to the app multiple times. Everytime it all seems to work okay, until you then ask them a question. No issues with set up, or connecting to the internet ect. So why are they saying they are not set up?

2 - It seems very strange that the same issue is affecting two seperate devices at the exact same time.

Can anyone please help me here as I am stuck at what I am supposed to do?

Literally nothing in the home has changed from them working, to them now not working.

Thanks! 🙂

I have been having trouble with two Google Home Mini speakers for the past two months. They were working fine for several years. All of a sudden they stopped working - same message on both "Your Google Home isnt setup yet. Download the Google Home app..." I have done a factory reset on both devices several times, done a fresh download of the Home app on my Pixel phone and my tablet...same result every time. Get that same message on both devices. Device info: System firmware version: 415414 Cast firmware: 3.73.415414.

Hello.

I'm having the same issue here. About a week ago, within the same day, all my google devices have stopped working. I have 4 nest Mini, and 3 nest hubs.

I have tried all Google troubleshooting, multiple times, including complete reinstallation, factory reset and reboot of all devices, apps and wifi router, but all 7 Google devices simply won't connect to the internet anymore.

No internet connection issues with any phones, laptops or tablets in my house.

Please help!
