Hi Jenny23,

 

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted.

 

The message that you are getting during the setup process is usually shown when you are using a Google Workspace Account or other personal email accounts that have some security and privacy settings configured. I highly recommend using a personal Google Account to configure your Google Home device so that you won't encounter this issue. Setting up your voice match might also help. Here's the support website to learn more.
