Apparently my Google Nest Mini (gen 1) is not connected to WiFi but still does my Spotify and others

Thank you for your post. I would be more than happy to help answer any questions you have. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

  • Could you please give me some more information and examples of the issue you are having?
  • What country are you located in?
  • Is your Google Nest Mini showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
  • Are you seeing any error messages? If so, what does it say?
  • Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
