Apple music on google

I need to find out why myself and a lot of fellow South African google subscribers are unable to link apple music to google home. I have a Harman Kardon Citation 200 speaker but cannot link and listen to apple music. Spotify, and Google music link but apple give an error message that apple music for google is not available in our country. When will it be available and what keeps it from being available.

Hi @Bossie 

There could be many reasons that Apple/Google services aren't available in your region. It could be something such as licensing ,music rights, legal etc. That doesn't mean that you'll never get the supported features but as you found out, they aren't supported right now.

Hopefully other South African users can chime in here and add any workarounds they've used.

Do also let Apple and Google know by filing feedback.

Ons should hope that google give South African Subscribers the same privelidges/licences/rights that subscribers of other country’s get. We all pay to use the service. Can i change my subscription adress to an address of another country that has access to apple music on google home? 😄

I agree with what @JillG  mentioned from the previous post. You may contact Apple support regarding that as well as changing your subscription address if possible.
