The apps screen is not avaliable, my original Google Hub has worked fine since the day i purchased it but my new one for a second location in the house does not have access to apps or anything really other than the basic features.
It seems there has been alot of threads deleted or removed around this issue, can you either tell me how to fix it and us my device like i intend or let me know how to get my money back.

Maybe not do some dishonest stuff and walk away from a bad situation that will only get worse 🤷 just a thought

Sorry Chris BF troubles ignore him. Maybe get an extender so you have more range & bandwidth & also try a factory reset start over from scratch. Sorry for your troubles hopefully you'll get things fixed.

@KardiD718 Thanks but those were not the issues, my hub is less than 1 meter from a wireless AP which is hardwired to my network.
@Juni I had resolved my issue just after posting the inital problem, after another 4 factory resets the apps showed as normal and also i could see the "See All" button after swiping up, im not sure if this made the differance but on the last setup i did disable quick gestures.
