Apps not showing on homescreen

Hi i bought a Nest hub 2nd gen but only on the first start it showed the apps, after firmware update it's not showing any.

Software Version: 53.110.0.549404370
Firmware Version: 1.70.377722

I'm currently in Argentina, but i bought it on the US, i dont know if it is something related to language or location.

On language i have Español (Argentina)

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen app issue. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. You can try to factory reset your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. This erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out the article below to know more about it.

 

Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays 
 

Below are the steps on how to upload a photo:

  1. Tap “Reply”.
  2. Click Insert Image.
  3. Choose an image source location.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Also, you can tap the "Drag and Drop" option. Maximum attachment is 5 MB.
