Assistant Voice Keeps Changing

Recently my Google ecosystem keeps changing the voice to Orange when I have had it set to British Racing Green since I've had my devices. I've also noticed my hubs now show the evening instead of the photo frame which I have it set to. Is anyone else having these issues recently?

I have Gen 1 Google minis, hubs and home as well as Nest mesh and pixel 6 pros. I've rest the voice several times now but it keeps reverting back for some reason.
