Bedroom speaker not casting Spotify music?

I often play ambient music in my bedroom to relax, but lately it has a problem in connecting to my spotify from my android phone. I have unplugged the speaker, and cleared the catche on my phone via spotify but it still either stops after advertisements, or a song.

Can anyone advise in plain english, how I can fix this problem?

  • How far from the router is your speaker?
  • Is your speaker and Android phone connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz network?
