Hi can anyone assist please.
My photo frame menu is currently blank in home app . Can not find away around this .
Won't let add it to the home group either just says There was a problem communicating with Google. Please wait a few moments.
Also accessibility settings too . Only on hub settings when you click on menu this says these settings are currently unavailable. Then shows a blank menu .
They are available on nest mini speaker so confused.

System firmware version: 14.20230831.4.72
Cast firmware: 3.71.387262

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen concern. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Is the Google Home app updated? Are you using Android or iOS?
Try to reinstall the Google Home app and observe if it makes a difference. Using another phone will also help us isolate this.

Runs on android 13
Started around 2 weeks ago .
I have reset the device that not helped
I've uninstalled app that not helped .
It's the same on all my devices I have all blank menus . So definitely a bug or fault some where

Hey, I've got a nest hub too, I have the same issue, I've tried everything, photo frame and accessibility setting are always unavailable to me, 90% of the time I try to do something on this thing and it says I can't till I turn something on in the accessibility settings, half the stuff this thing was advertised to have don't work, for example, if I try to set a song as my alarm, it'll tell me this option is unavailable till I turn something on in my accessibility settings through the app, but I can't? Pisses me off 🥲

Hi , mine just randomly started working again .
I'd remove the device from home app .
Reset the device and set back up . Hope it helps .
