Botslab doorbell, no notifications on Nest Hub or Nest Mini

Kinda at my wits end here trying to use either or both of my nest devices for ringer notifications.

 

It was all faultless with my old nest doorbell, I have followed the instructions to link the Google account to my Botslab account. I can see the live doorbell view in the Home app. The doorbell rings at the door, the sounder hub rings inside the house. however there are no notifications received on my Nest devices. 

 

I have an issue open with Botslab, but I dont have a great deal of confidence in a satisfactory outcome.

 

Any advice gratefully accepted 🙂

First, we need to confirm where the issue is coming from. To do this, we should check the compatibility of third-party devices with Nest. While you can try unlinking and relinking your device in the Google Home app to see if that resolves the issue, I would recommend contacting Botslab support first to see if they have a solution.

Thank you for getting back to me.

- I have removed the doorbell and relinked it in the Home app a number of times in order to troubleshoot the issue.

- I have an issue open with Botslab support to try and solve the issue, I am awaiting their reply.
