Broken Display

 Since the middle of last year, my Google nest hub has had these weird lines in its display and it became worse, eventually becoming a black screen with these discoloured lines. How do I solve this issue? Do I need to bring it for repair?

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Hub. By any chance, do you remember any instance that the device has been dropped or bumped?

 

Also, can you confirm if you are using the original power cable of your Google Nest Hub? Is it plugged in directly to a power outlet? Let's go ahead and perform a complete reset to your Google Nest Hub and let's see if that would resolve this.
