To assist you further, please attempt the following questions:
- Have you experienced any power outages in your area?
- Is this a personal or household routine?
- Do you see an entry in the Home app feed for the routine running?
- Is the Activate Routine toggle enabled?
- Did you receive an error message notification or verbal response from the assistant-enabled device on which the action failed?
- Is your personal result on?
- Are both your Google Home app and smartphone operating system up-to-date?
- Can the action be performed with the Google Home app or Assistant voice command?
- What model of your Google Home device is it?
- Did you notice another issue when you try to use the voice commands or just with the routines?
Additionally, you check if your presence sensing is on or off.
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap Settings.
- In the home features section, tap presence sensing.
- Tap the switch next to Allow this home to use phone locations to turn it on or off.
You can also turn off just an individual phone from being used for presence sensing.
