HEllo @Juni , could you re open my thread? Because the problem comes back ! and see the screen : (however i restarted nest hub max and root, but problem is still here

Apologies for the delayed response. I understand the importance of having a working camera on your Google Nest Hub Max. Let's try to resolve this issue. Could you please provide us with the current firmware version of your Nest Hub Max? Also, can you confirm if you are able to stream the camera from the Google Home or Nest app? I have reviewed the previous thread, and I suggest that we continue troubleshooting the issue here.

  1. What LED lights appear on the Nest Hub Max?
  2. When you try to stream the built-in Nest Cam, do you get error messages from the:
  3. In the Google Home app, check if Home monitoring features are turned on. When enabled, does it turn off by itself?

3 days later, it came back without doing anything... It's painful and I wonder about the reliability of the hardware
