Can’t Swipe Left on Neat Hub Gen 2

Hello,

 

just setting up my Nest Hub gen 2 and when I go though getting started, I am stuck in Step 2. Can’t swipe from the left end to right to get the menu. It is stuck on Curated art screen. (Country - Canada, if that matters)

 

software is up to date. I went through community posts and seems like this is a common issue a lot of people are facing and none of the thread had any proper solution.

How do I resolve the issue?

Hi NiravPatel,

 

We're sorry to hear that you're having concerns when setting up your new Nest Hub 2nd Gen. Are you not able to give commands via voice? It would help a lot if we could isolate this by doing a sequential reboot. Unplug the power cord of your router/modem followed by your Nest Hub 2nd Gen. Plug them back in after 3 minutes starting with your router/modem. Restarting your phone might also help and keep us posted.
