I'm trying to connect my Google speaker to WiFi as I have changed provider I've done the add new device it finds the Minis but then won't connect it to the internet.

Try doing a full factory reset and then try this Interactive Set-up Guide. If that doesn't help, let us know any errors and where the set up fails in the process. Be sure that your set up device and your minis are all on the same Wifi network as well.
