Can’t create group with JBL speakers

Hi, I bought 2 JBL Link speakers, set them up using Google Home on my iPhone, and it worked fine. Then my daughters borrowed the speakers and when she gave them back I couldn’t connect them. I deleted everything, reset both speakers then set everything up again. The speakers are now appear in the Google Home app but I can’t create a group, I keep getting the error message com.google.CastFramework.SetupLib.CastSetupError 0 I’m not very tech savvy and my current method of swearing and crying isn’t solving the problem! I’d really appreciate some help and guidance 🙂

Please note that we have very limited support on third party speakers with built-in Google Assistant like JBL. If resetting your device did not fix the issue, I suggest that you reach out with JBL support for better assistance.

You might also want to set up your speakers on a new home structure to see if that makes any difference.
