Cant enable sleep sensing

Hi

I cant enable the sleep sensing on my nest hub 2nd gen. I cant even see the option to turn it on on google.home or in the setting on nest hub. I am located in Brazil, not sure if geography plays a role in allowing or not sleep sensing.

Can anyone help?
