Hi! I got two current issues with my Nest Audio/Google Home.
1. I can't change the volume on my Nest Audio by voice anymore. The lights blink as if the command is understood but nothing happens. I can control the volume within the app though. I think this started when I added my new TV Hub box with built in Cast and connected the Hub as the default TV for the Nest Audio. I tried to change room of the speaker, disconnected the Hub from the speaker and factory reset the speaker but nothing works.
2. After reinstalling my Nest Audio the language changed to "nb" (whatever that is) on the speaker although my account is set to "sv" (Swedish). So then I changed the assistant settings language to "en-US" and then all of my speakers was set to "en-US". And now when I try to change back to "sv" they're still stuck with "en-US". Please help!

Hi @ChrisAhlund,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm happy to help. I apologize that your Nest Audio isn't responding to voice commands to adjust the volume and that it's not set to the correct language.
To provide you with a better experience, I have some questions for you:
In the meantime, I recommend you to follow the next steps:
If these steps don't resolve the problem, consider to perform a factory reset on your Nest Audio.
To change the language on your Nest Audio, you can refer to this article: Change the language of Google Assistant.
Let me know how it goes,
Keep me posted.
Best regards,
Ana

Hi again! After some testing yesterday it seems that the volume control works if the TV Hub is turned off. If the TV Hub is turned on the speaker responses something like "adjust the volume with a remote..." But I can change the volume of the speaker by saying "lower/increase the volume OF THE SPEAKER" when the TV Hub is turned on so I guess that's ok.
The language on my phone is set to Swedish, but my Nest Audio is set to Italian and all of my Nest Minis is set to American English. This has happend before when I have reinstalled a speaker, but the fix then was to change the name of the speaker. Then the language changed to the chosen language within Google Home and after that I could change the name back to it's original name. But that didn't work this time.

Hi @ChrisAhlund ,
Thank you for your response. I’m truly sorry that the language is still not working properly with your speakers. I’m happy to assist you with your Google Nest speakers.
To better assist you, I recommend setting the primary language to English for all your speakers. Some speakers can get confused when detecting multiple languages. You can refer to this article for instructions on changing Google Assistant's language: Change Google Assistant's language.
If you have another preferred language, you can set that language as a secondary option. You can find instructions for adding a second language in this article: Add a second language to Google Assistant.
Keep me posted.
Best regards,
Ana.
