I had an online chat with the above case ID and was advised in the chat that Google .....
5:20:53 pm Asia: We can escalate this so that we can have an approval for replacement.
5:23:48 pm Asia: No worries, that is just a supporting document, we will escalate the issue and I will
make a follow up on your via email once we get that feedback from our Specialist for an approval for
your replacement.
This was all back on 22.4.22, I still not have received a reply and i can't find an email address to respond too.
Can someone please help me???
