Me device will connect to my router but not the internet. I have tried every troubleshooting step suggested but still get the same error. Google support says it's my ISP (CenturyLink) and my ISP says it's Google. I have many devices connected to my router via ethernet and wirelessly and all work fine. The only way I was able to setup my Nest Hub was to use my phone as a hotspot and the Google Home app on my tablet to setup the Nest Hub. It will connect to the internet no problem via my phone as a hotspot but I can't leave it this way. As soon as I try to connect to my router, Check Internet Connection appears again. There must be a config on the router blocking the Google Nest Hub. Help...

Ok, so I was able to fix the issue in my situation. I had to login to my router and disable the IPv4 firewall then connect the Nest Hub. Immediately after, I enabled the IPv4 firewall and the Nest Hub stayed connected. Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
