Connecting smart lights

Trying to link my Wiser by SE app to google home. I have successfully linked the account but once linked no prompt for the light settings is displayed. I have successfully linked other platforms to google home and just wondering how I can link my lights. I have tried deleting the home and starting again, deleting the app and logging back in, unlinking the wiser account and relinking, rebooting the wiser switches all with no luck. 

anyone else come across this issue? Cheers

Yeah my Google home app say my new lights are not responding it sucks. I’m getting really pissed off

Hey folks,

We're sorry for the trouble this has caused you — let's figure this out.

A few questions: can you still control your Wiser devices on the Wiser by SE App? Also, are you using a private home network?

Try these steps:

1. Make sure your Wiser devices are registered properly on the Wiser by SE App.
2. Reboot your devices, phone and router for a minute to refresh the connection.
3. Clear the cache and data of your Google Home app then, reinstall it.
