Connection problem

I am unable to connect my google home to my wifi and Bluetooth

Hi Amiitabh,

 

Thank you for your post. Oh no! That is not great to hear that you are unable to connect your device to your WiFi or Bluetooth. I would be more than happy to help find a solution. First, I have some questions.

  • Which Google Home device is this post in regard to? (generation number)
  • Is your device powering on?
  • Are you seeing any error messages?
    • Where are you seeing them? What do they say?
  • Is your device on the same WiFi network as your other devices?
  • Have you tried connecting your device to a mobile hotspot? What happens?
  • Can you do a Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Hub? Is there any improvement?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
