Connectivity issues Google nest

I'm really at a loss with this speaker. I've had it for a year, first time connecting no problem. Got a new pixel, accidentally deleted speaker from app, spent hours on the phone with customer service. Reset the speaker multiple times, reset my phone, redownload Ed the app, restored my router settings and still having problems. Everytime I call, we go through the same routines. What to do..😑
