Controlling TV volume when using speakers

I have speakers near my TV (Just moved my living room around and put them back near the TV) I used to speak to the speakers and the TV volume would dip to allow my commands to be heard. This is not happening now. 

Does anyone know how to set this back up?

Hi jkdpaul,

I'm sorry to hear that your TV isn't responding to the voice command given from your Nest speaker. Let's check it out. A few questions: what Nest speaker do you have and the make and model of your TV? Since the reason why this is happening is because of moving your living room things around, it would help a lot if we do a sequential reboot first. unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers then, your TV. Plug them back in starting with your router and so on. Restarting your phone might also help. This might just probably be a connection concern.
