Device will not connect and shows flashing LEDs

My Google Nest Mini 2nd Generation (Charcoal) has become unresponsive with the middle two LEDs consistently flashing. I have attempted to reset the device through a factory reset, which did not give the "Microphone off" dialogue. Also attempted to fix through unplugging, waiting, then plugging back in multiple times to have no effect. Is my device "Bricked"? Or is there still some possible fix?
