Devices goes frequently offline

Hi all,

I have a Nest Hub 2nd gen with 5 Matter lights connected, 3 over Threads and 2 over Wi-Fi, by 2 different vendors (Nanoleaf and Linkind respectively). All the lights are in a range of 2 rooms, both quite next to the Internet Router. They randomly go offline without any manual action, and there is no other way to bring them back online than to reboot Nest Hub and waiting for devices to reconnect.

While the devices are offline, the Hub is still responsive and working, and connected to Internet.

Didn't have any problem with regular non-Matter lights before.

Any hint, or any app to "debug" what's going on the Matter network?

NB I have 2 separate networks SSID, 1 of 2.4GHz and another for 5GHz. The Nest Hub is connected to the 5GHz, Wi-Fi devices are obviously on the 2.4GHz (but the disconnection happens on Thread devices too).

Hi!

I am experiencing the same issue. I have also Google Nest Hub 2nd gen and about 30 GU10 lights. They are showing as offline in the Google home app but in the vendor app they are online.

Here is a small experiment I tried.

1. Added bulbs to Google Home

2. Then shared the lights via matter code to Moes app

3. Then I linked Moes app to Google home and put the duplicated lights into a special room called test.

- what is extremely interesting is that lights are showing as offline in Google home - those that I linked via matter to GH first. But they are showing up as online and even the the apps that I sync from Moes back to GH in separated app are showing up as online.

I am starting to have enough and will probably move to HA due to all kinds of issues ...
