Hi Everyone
Ive been looking online and was not able to find a way to turn off the low light function on my nest hub
simply I want to use the display as a baby monitor, but after we turn the light off the screen shows the clock and we lose the picture…
to solve this issue we need to keep the light on in our bedroom which is very annoying
I have noticed users have been mentioning this issue for years but Google decided to not take any action…

Hi Amiin,
Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that the light can't turn off. This could be frustrating, especially if you use the Nest Hub Max as a baby monitor. Help's here.
Please review this good article on how to turn off lights or change light brightness. There are a few options to check out and try.
Let me know if you need more assistance.
Regards,
Byron

Hi Byron
thanks for ur reply, but unfortunately what you sent isnt related to the problem I explained, I simply need to cancel that low light function so the device stays on even on low light so I can see my kids instead of showing the clock

Hi Amiin,
Thank you for posting. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
Related to your concern, the options on the device are that you can change settings for brightness or change display accessibility; however, you can share your feedback to address it better and work on updates to improve the device.

Byron
