Disarming ADT security from Nest Hub (2nd Gen)

BVPs

On my Nest Hub (2nd Gen) display, I see the ADT system, and when I push it, it lists: Away, Stay, Night, Off. I can turn on by pushing Away, Stay, or Night without any problems. However, when I try to disarm the ADT system by pushing "Off" on the Nest Hub display, it asks the pin number. When I enter my ADT's pin number, it doesn't work, and I cannot disarm the ADT. For this purpose, I need to use the ADT Control app on my smartphone or enter the pin on the ADT panel. Why the same pin does not work between the ADT system and the Nest Hub? Is there any possibility to unlock/disarm the ADT from the Nest Hub? Thanks!

I could resolve this problem. Basically, I had to set up the ADT Smart Home correctly in the Google Home app. Previously, I didn't set up the PIN for disarming the ADT system (and unlocking doors if you have such devices). The details are listed in the following official ADT page: ADT Google Nest Hub; in particular check the section:  Setting up an ADT system with the Nest Hub (2nd Gen), and the Youtube video there. Hope this is helpful for others!
