Display not working

My nest has a black box floating on the screen with occasional horizontal  green lines colouring the display.

 

I have followed the advice to factory reset after powering the device off but the display problem persists and I now cannot reconnect the device due to the display problem.

 

The audio was fine as was the Google assistant so it seems to be a display issue only

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue. My Google Nest Hub 2nd generation was purchased Dec. 1st 2020 and now the screen doesn't work. I've unplugged it several times and replugged it and it doesn't solve the issue. I just get a black screen and no display. Please help.
