Duo Calling From Hub, Not Working Kind Of?

[CFH2022]

I can make a voice call through the Hub using Duo; it is dialing the number, but the call does not actually connect. I am calling my cell number through the Hub I can see the number being called on the Hub, but my cell does not ring. Ok, so I tried calling my home number, which goes through as a Private number and does ring? 

Why can the Hub call my home number, but nothing happens when calling my cell number? 

Also, my home phone is not set up as private in Caller ID, so why is it coming through as Private through the Hub?

• When did the issue start?
• What specific command are you using?
• How many accounts are linked on the Google Home app?
• Does the same issue happen when you use the Google Assistant app on your phone?

Regarding private numbers - did you set up your mobile number as private?
