As posted by Jxsy02 4 weeks ago....no solution. I have the same problem.
The app keeps displaying error 83905 whenever it’s tried to set up google assistant I’ve looked into all solutions and have tried but to no avail it still no longer works. I’ve rest it multiple times, redownloaded the app and changed wifi and phones but it still refuses to connect leaving me with a none working speaker.
Google home Mini 1st,
tried all of the above including language change and other things.....stumped.
Thanxs

Hi Cascade,
Thanks for reaching out and for providing detailed information on your issue and the steps that you've done — these are of great help!
What language are you using on your Google assistant? Which country are you from? You can change the language to just EN US. Make sure to remove other languages on the Google assistant language setting. Once done, attempt to set up your Google Home Mini again then observe if this will make a difference. Check the steps below on how to change the language.

Looking forward to your response.

Hi Juni,
Thanks for trying to help.
I have only one language on my iphone EN-USA
I get all the way to Set up Google Assistant and then when I press next, I get the error message.
kGSKErrorDomainerror-83905
If I talk to google mini she says: Please log in through the google home app.
I'm stumped?

Hello there,
Thanks for the details you provided. Sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. A few things: Is this for a new setup or was it already set up and you just changed your network? Do you have Google app installed on your phone? Could you also confirm if this is how you did the reset? Check the step below.
Here’s how to do the reset, press and hold the factory reset button located below the power cord on the bottom of your Google Home Mini. Look for a circle etched into the base. After 5 seconds, your Google Home Mini will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more until you hear a sound confirming your Google Home Mini is resetting.
Here is a helpful link.
Keep me posted.
Regards,
Juni

Hi again,
I was doing a network change. All other devices changed over without incident.
I have the Google app installed on my iphone. The reset was done exactly as you have written it.
Thanxs again for trying to help.
