I have five sonoff switches for different lights and they are connected to the ewelink app. They all worked fine for a couple months but all of a sudden two of them keep coming up as offline yet they work perfectly through the ewelink app. Rebooting devices removing devices reacting devices can all randomly fix it for maybe a day or two if I'm lucky but the same two switches keep coming back as offline while the other three are still working through the Google home app. Again, all of them work through e welink app it's not a Wi-Fi connectivity issue. I'm rather tech savvy and have trying simple solutions but I'm at a loss. The switches are hardwired into the lights and three of them are inside of either a ceiling or a wall and one is inside of a fan housing so I don't enjoy taking apart my house to press buttons to reset switches that are obviously connected already.

Hey J2o2s2h,
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble controlling your smart switches using your Google Home — let's see what's going on.
What Google Home or Google Nest speakers are you using in controlling your switches? What's the model of the affected switches? Also, we're there any recent changes on your network?
Try unlinking your Ewelink account from the Google Home app.
Reboot your devices, phone and router to refresh the connection.
Make sure your apps are updated.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Alex
