External Communications on Nest Hub or Nest Speakers

I was wanting to know if there was any way to get some type of real time notification on the home devices.  The best situation is related email notifications on the nest speaker when we get an email on the gmail account.  Other options might be when we get SMS messages on a phone.  Or is there a way to use an external webhook that can be used to trigger a communication on a google home device.

I use a google home for my business and it is very helpful with cameras and playing music, I want the office to get notified when we get an email.

Any workaround or way to do this specifically?

By default there is no such option.

If you are advance user, you can do that using IFTTT. Do some research on youTube what is IFTTT and how to link android/pc/IOT to IFTTT and make your custum actions.

I appreciate you sharing your thoughts about verbal notifications from the Google Nest and Home devices when the connected email account and phone number receive a new email or message. Unfortunately, we don't have this option available on our devices, but we continuously add features that are suggested by our users. You can share feedback using your device or your Google Home app.
