I have tried to factory reset my google home
mini first gen speaker, using the factory reset button on the bottom of the device but this did not work. I have then followed the advice provided - unplugging the power cord and reinserting it 11 times. I have then left the device awaiting the device to say 'Welcome to Google Home. To get started, download the Google Home app on a phone or tablet,' but this has not happened. The device has been left for over an hour and still nothing has happened and when I try to interact with the device, it states “sorry somethings not right, wait a few minutes and try again, you can also try unplugging the power cable and plugging back in”. Again, I have tried this numerous times but I have not been able to get any further with the process. Please can someone advise?
