When attempting to connect my Acer Halo Smart Speaker to the Google Home app, an error message appears stating, "Could not communicate with your Acer Halo Smart Speaker." Despite multiple attempts, the connection process fails consistently.
I have attempted to factory reset the Acer Halo Smart Speaker, but the issue persists.
The Wi-Fi network is stable, and my other smart devices can connect to it without any problems

I can communicate to the speaker with this command: "curl http://192.168.255.249:8008/setup/eureka_info"
It shows my fw version is: "build_version":"272222","cast_build_revision":"1.52.272222"

Hi Kaiser_gx,
Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about this situation with your speaker not connecting to the Google Home App. Unfortunately, in this case, my recommendation would be to give our friends at Acer Community a shout. They're the best team to help you find out what's happening with the pairing issues you're getting.
Regards,
Axel.
