I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. A few questions: what Chromecast device are we working with? Does the issue occur during setup or after setup is complete? What's the make and model of the device you are using to cast? Also, What's the LED light status (solid or flashing white)?
