Family Bell settings are inaccessible

I'm unable to access Family Bell settings to add/change/delete Family Bell notifications.

When I try to access them I get a blank page with a 403 error.

I'm also unable to access Routines.

I've spoken to Google support on chat, the advisor said they would escalate the issue but I have still not had any response.  I submitted feedback from my phone too.

I have tried uninstalling the Home app, but this did not solve the issue, as Family Bell is part of Assistant and is server based rather than tied to a particular device.

I have 3 different Google accounts signed in on my Phone and I cannot access Family Bell on any of them.

My wife CAN access the settings on her phone but she obviously can't see the bells that are set due to them being set up by me on my account.

This is incredibly frustrating as we use the notifications for our daughter's medication. The notifications are still working but I need to change the frequency and time of the notifications.

There are a couple of threads on Reddit with users having the same problems.

I would appreciate Google sorting this as soon as possible, I need to stop some of these notifications and the only way is to unplug all the speakers/hubs!

I have managed to fix mine.

I searched for the Google app on Play store, clicked uninstall which rolls back all the updates for that app.

I then checked Family Bell and was able to access the settings finally! Also was able to access Routines.

I then went back to Google app and clicked Update, then checked again and I'm still able to access Family Bell thankfully.

I also noticed I was in the beta for Google app so I removed myself from that, though I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it as the Play store page still says I have the beta installed even though I've uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hope you can fix yours using this method.

UPDATE:

I've added my Google account to an old phone (Nexus 5X) and I'm able to access Family Bell settings from there.
So it seems something to do with my device (Pixel 6A) or a version of a specific app.

I can confirm this worked for me as well. I left the beta for the Google app, clicked uninstall on the Google app which rolled back to some early version of it. Then I was able to enter the family Bill settings again. Updating back to the latest non beta version of Google was still fine for the family bell settings

That's great news.

Shame we have to fix these things ourselves and Google support are no help.

I was on support chat for 45 mins last week with no resolution.
