Family bell settings

Hello, 

Hello,

I cannot find and delete family bell on google assistant settings. I have a bell set and it's annoying me every day. I check notification, i've reseted home app. When I try to acces it via setings>family bell, i get the message check connection and try again. I am on same wifi with all my google devices, i have mini, audio and nest.

Any advice?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. You can check if your Google Home app is updated by going to Playstore for Android and App store for iOS. You can also uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app. Using another phone can help us further isolate the issue too.

Thanks for trying that. Sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. You can connect your phone to another Wi-Fi network and try to access the Family bell setting using that network.
