Hi
I only use device as a frame yet it keeps saying to add contacts or goes to my day showing ads or whatever is the theme for the month. This started a few months ago and I've reset the device numerous times.
Any tips to keep it on frame mode? No ads, prompts, etc.

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? When it’s asking to add contacts, where is it happening? On your Nest speaker or Google Account in the Google Home app?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
