GOGLE NEST MINI NI RECONOCE LA CUENTA PREMIUM DE SPOTIFY

Buenos dias. No he podido vincular mi cuenta premium de Spotify a mi Google nest mini cuando le pido reproducir una canción específica me dice que este servicio solo esta disponible para cuentas premium. La cual la poseo. He intentado desvincular mi cuenta de Spotify de la aplicación de Google Home desinstalando ambas aplicaciones y aún el dispositivo me sigue diciendo que no tengo cuenta de Spotify premium.

Quisiera ayuda para este problema. Gracias.

  • Is this the first time you are linking your Spotify account to the Google Home app?
  • Are you using the same email address in both apps?
  • Are you having issues using your Google Nest Mini with other apps?
  • Besides removing and installing the apps again, have you tried to reboot your mobile device?
  • Have you tried rebooting your Google Nest Mini?

1. No, no es la primera vez que intento vincular mi nest mini a spotify premium.

2. Si, tengo ambas cuentas gmail vinculadas, es el mismo correo electrónico para mi cuenta premium y para mi cuenta de acceso en google nest mini, es decir, app google home.

3. No he tenido problemas con otras aplicaciones.

4. Si, ya reinicie mi dispositivo movil. Borre los datos de la app de google home del mismo modo de la app de spotify. Ambas apps fueron desinstaladas y re-instaladas. Elimine el cache, los datos. He intendado todo pero aun el nest mini cuando le solicito una cancion especifica me dice que no tengo cuenta premium de Spotify.

5. Si, ya he restaurado de fabrica, varias veces el nest mini.

  1. Remove your Google Nest Mini from your Google Home app:
    • Open your Google Home app.
    • Tap on the option “Devices.”. 
    • Touch and hold the Google Nest Mini name.
    • Select the option “Settings.”
    • Choose the option “Remove device,” then tap on the option “Remove.”
  1. Unlink your premium Spotify service from the Google Home app.
  2. Create a new home with a new name on your Google Home app and add the Google Nest Mini.
  3. Link again your premium Spotify service on the Google Home app.

Hola, segui los pasos tal cual y cuando pongo la cuenta de spotify es decir cuando la vinculo desde la app de google home dice debajo. Cuenta de spotify gratis activa, es decir, no reconoce que la cuenta es premium
