Global Player app no longer working

For some reason, Global Player app no longer works. If you verbally request, the Global app opens on the device and then after about a minute it closes and nothing plays. 
If you try launch from the app on your phone and then cast it, same issue, the app opens on the device and again, nothing happens.

Experienced the same. First LBC would not play via Global Player, then LBC stopped playing via TuneIn.

Today LBC started playing via TuneIn again,  but still not from Global Player
