Hello everyone,
I have an issue that has cropped up in the last month or so. I have a Nest Audio speaker that we'll use to listen to playlists I created on my YouTube Music Premium account. For the last month, the speaker will not play any requested playlists or more accurately; it will recognize and play the correct playlist 1 out of 20 times which is incredibly frustrating. If I look at the activity history for Assistant, it recognizes all of the words I'm saying correctly. It just won't play what I asked for.
If it didn't recognize 100% of the time, then I would think there's an issue with my account. But it does recognize once in a blue moon, so how do I troubleshoot that? Also just to reiterate, this is a very recent issue, it's always worked great for me until now. Also it's just my created playlists, If I ask it to play Taylor Swift or Knights of Cydonia it never fails.
I'm including some screenshots from my activity feed to demonstrate what was said vs. what was played. Two screenshots are for me asking for my "Lisa's Mixtape" playlist. One screen shot is a fail and one is a pass. I counted and there were 23 failures asking for this playlist before it succeeded. Then I asked for it 4 more times and it failed to play the playlist all 4 times.

HI @dmordan
That is aggravating for certain. Try renaming one of the playlists. Just use a one word unrelated name (not mixtape, playlist or anything related to music) to test. Could possibly be a naming issue and Assistant is confusing yours with some other playlists. Worth trying.
If you are still having issues you may also want to post over in the Google Assistant Community

Hi Jill,
I'll give the renaming a try and report back. I'll also cross post to the Assistant community.

So after testing this weekend, here is what I did and here are the results.
After I nuked and rebuilt my setup there was a change, but not the one I needed. Now Assistant works perfectly from my phone. I can ask for any of my playlists all day and it never fails to give me exactly what I ask for. It still does not work from my Nest audio. Ask for "Lisa's Mixtape" and get "Lisa battle music". Ask for "Charlie's Jams" and get "Charlie Puth no skips". Ask for "River's Rocking" and get "Johnny River's Greatest Hits". Ask for "Iconic Guitar Intros" and get "Iconic guitar songs for the new century and beyond" (???) These are all user created playlists, but they're not mine, so in my humble opinion, when I start the command with "Play My..." they should be excluded from the possible options, no?
It works from my phone, but not my Nest speakers. When you look at my Assistant history, I am always understood, but one device always works and 4 devices almost never work. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi again @dmordan
That sounds like your Nest device not recognizing your YT Premium acct or personal results are not enabled. Be sure the same Google account is being used and you have linked your TY Music to your Nest Audio.
Check out the help page Listen to music on Google Nest speakers and displays - Google Nest Help and here's a snippet from there:
To listen to YouTube Music on your speaker or display, you must link your YouTube Music account. There are a couple of ways to listen to music using YouTube Music.
Personal results allow you to play your personal playlists, view your liked songs, and access your music library content on your devices. Learn more about personal results and how to turn them on.
