Google Home Automations / Routines not working

I have Google Home Automations / Routines not working when called from routine but if called by itself runs fine.  Thoughts? screenshot of the activity.  

Run withing Routine:  Hey Google:  "Downstairs Basement TV Off" Response: "Sorry, I can't reach Sonos"

Run standalone:  Hey Google:  "Downstairs Basement TV Off" Response: TV, off

Fix A (best): Don’t use a spoken phrase inside the Routine — use a direct device action

In the Routine/Automation, replace the “custom command” step with a real device control step:

• Home app → Automations/Routines → Edit → Add action

• Look for something like “Control home devices” / “Adjust home devices”

• Select the actual TV / Chromecast / Google TV device

• Choose Power Off (or “Turn off”)

This avoids Sonos interpretation entirely and is way more reliable.
