I can no longer stream my camera and music at the same time.  This is a new device and the first day this feature worked perfectly.  The second day if i played music the camera display would disappear, if i played the camera the music would shut off.  I reached out and spoke with the help centre.  They escalated the issue but i have not heard anything a week later.  If this feature is not going to work i need to return the system,  I need it to do both, and i think alexa will work.

Does anyone have a solution for this before i head back to the store.

Since a camera's livestream includes the audio stream from the camera, how would it be possible to stream music and a camera at the same time on a Nest Hub?

Thanks for posting. I know how it feels when something is not working on your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). Could you share us the case ID so I can check the status. Also, what is the firmware version of your device?

Case id is 7-4860000034390

firmware on device is 1.68.356352

will this issue ever be corrected.  I have 5 days left on my return policy.  If it is not going to work as promised it needs to go back to the store,  a timely answer would be nice,
