Google home listens and performs actions like "turn on the lights" "set a timer" etc... To everyone who has used it except my boyfriend. It shows on the screen the exact command and same info that everyone else says but won't perform the action and say "sorry I don't think I can help with that" or "this device hasn't been setup yet" but it works for 6 other people I've tried as a test and will work if he changes his voice to a different tone or accent. Ive never setup voice match for any of the other people I've setup and it doesn't appear to be that... Any suggestions? He is clearly stating it and it shows on the screen what he is saying is accurate.
