Google Home - No TuneIn App

Hi, I've just moved to UAE and when I set up my Google Home I noticed there is no TuneIn or even Spotify apps. I done a factory reset, deleted the Google Home app and reinstalled and set it up from scratch and still the only options I have for default music are YouTube Music or Apple Music. Even on 'Videos' it only gives me Netflix as the default and YouTube is missing. 

Does anyone know if this a UAE restriction? I had no issues in Malaysia & Singapore.
